Hey Gorgeous. Ready to wake up to beautifully defined eyes every morning? Perfect. Whether you’re looking to naturally enhance the lash line, or you’re fully ready to level up your look with a winged eyeliner and shading, you've found the right place.

At Outliner Studio, we know there is no one-size-fits-all permanent makeup. That’s why we customize each treatment. Just. For. You. Together, we will design, map and personalize the liner color and thickness that’s right for your needs. We then gently implement the final design using advanced European microshading. Our goal is to bring confidence our clients who put their trust in Outliner Studio to create a natural and effortless beauty routine. Because traditional liner is like the middle school boyfriend of your makeup… just break up with it already.

Make sure to prepare for your eyeliner service by coming to your appointment with clean eyes – no mascara. Next, eyelash extensions must be removed before you can receive permanent eyeliner. Eyelash extensions can NOT be reapplied until all aftercare has been followed and complete healing has occurred. If you wear contact lenses, please remove your contacts beforehand and be prepared to leave your appointment wearing your prescribed glasses.

PERMANENT LASH ENHANCEMENT

WHAT IS PERMANENT LASH ENHANCEMENT?

Permanent Lash Enhancement is the most natural permanent eyeliner and places pigment between the lash line only. A lash enhancement can be done on its own and it is included in all other eyeliner services. On its own, it is a subtle eyeliner enhancement that is best for clients who want a touch more definition around the lashes only. No drama, no fuss. A little fluff between your lashes.

PERMANENT SHADOW LINER

WHAT IS PERMANENT SHADOW LINER?

The Permanent Shadow Liner service combines the Lash Enhancement and Soft Top Liner, but then cranks it up a notch for the ultimate Wake Up Made Up experience. Pigment will be placed between the lashes (Lash Enhancement), on top of the lash line (Soft Top Liner), but a super soft and beautiful shading is also added above the lashes and even onto the eyelid. The addition of a wing is an option to add a little extra flare, and micropixels can be used to create a smoky look, blending your wing and shadow seamlessly. You. Will. WOW.

PERMANENT SOFT TOP LINER

WHAT IS PERMANENT SOFT TOP LINER?

Our Permanent Soft Top Liner service includes a Lash Enhancement (placing pigment between the lashes) but also places soft pigment above the lashes as well. To add a little extra drama, you may choose to add the option of a small wing to this service. The wing is placed on the outside edge of the lash and gives an illusion of longer lashes at the outer corners. It’s ever so chic, dahling.
